Kapalua Golf Villas KGV-19P2/P3/T1/20T8

I stumbled upon KBM resorts while searching for vacation properties in Maui- I was so happy that I found this company!! I was so happy with how smooth our rental experience was from start to finish. This company is AMAZING! We stayed at the Kapalua Golf Villas in unit 19 T1-2 - beautiful unit with the coziest beds! Even the pull out bed was comfy. Super clean and had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. Very well stocked unit with beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and even snorkel gear! Such a fun trip to Maui! We will definitely be booking this unit again next year!!

Beautiful property. Perfect for us (a couple) or would be great for a family. Location is incredible with amazing views, wonderful walks, easy access to 3 pools and simple to get to beaches. Upgraded townhome with all the conveniences. KBM goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience.

We had a great visit! KBM was attentive to all of our requests, most importantly early check in. Our unit, 19P2 was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need, including beach umbrellas and chairs. The outside area is lovely to spend time in and the pool area is very accessible. KBM Hawaii was a class act! Quick, friendly, and easy to reach. There if you needed them but did not interfere with personal time or space. They texted us what to do day of checking in before we could even call! Simple, polite, efficient and I felt like they trusted us and we them. Headed back in 6 months and KBM will be our contact in Hawaii always. There were so many special touches including detergent pods, extra trash bags, deluxe soaps, Fabreeze, folded Kleenex ect! Definitely 5 Star treatment. Thank you KBM!

Beautiful unit, exactly as described. Loved having the cooler for the beach and the chairs. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. Very comfortable beds, tons of space for everything. Wonderful communication, felt safe, felt taken care of and had a wonderful vacation. Will be return guests and will refer often! Thank you for the 5 star service!

Place was perfect. Well kept and owners have taken the steps to make this place classy and comfortable. Great beds! Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Bahama chairs and umbrella - ice chest, etc. were all available for beach. Amazing sunsets over the captain cook's and Bay Course. I would like to stay here again. Cozy and perfect in every way. Great condo. Excellent for a family or two couples to share. Kapalua is an exceptional location with outstanding amenities. Snorkeling and beaches were an easy walk from the condo. The communication was outstanding throughout the process from booking to leaving. We will recommend to family and friends.

We had a great time here at the Kapalua Golf Villas. The ABM support staff were accessible, responsive, and helpful. The unit was clean The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything that we needed. The location is very convenient. Has very nice golf, island, ocean views. Public beach access is nearby and beautiful

After 30 years of visiting Maui, this was the best rental property I have ever had. It's beautifully furnished, every detail is provided down to the pack of napkins The coffee is ready to be brewed,the linens are fresh, the decor is beautifully tropical but also very upscale. The terraces are fully furnished with use of the golf course and mountains flanking the ocean water. It's very quiet and elegant.

Booked KGV-19P3 for our trip. Excellent property that met all our needs. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh, and close proximity to our needs. Parking was convenient and easy. Perfect for couples or small groups.

Our stay at the Kapalua Villas was genuinely incredible. From the moment our family of 13 arrived, everything exceeded expectations—the space was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It felt clear that a lot of care goes into creating a welcoming experience for guests. What really stood out, though, was the level of service. As the spokesperson for such a large group, I had tons of questions and inquiries for management. The staff was not only quick to respond, but also exceptionally kind, professional, and communicative throughout the process. Their patience and attentiveness made a huge difference and illustrated just how well this place is managed. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Between the quality of the space and the outstanding support, I’d happily return to and confidently recommend to others. Spectacular condo in Kapalua! Mahalo KBM Resorts!

An excellent condo that exceeded our expectations. We were 3 adults and having the second bathroom for the person sleeping on the couch was wonderful. We appreciated the kitchen that was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. The condo is quite close to one of the swimming pools. Loved the herbs in the pool area! We appreciated having the beach chairs.

I highly recommend! We had a great time and great stay.

We have stayed at other resorts before on Maui and by far Kapalua Golf Villas blew them all out of the water. The ease of check in was great and from the minute we stepped into the room was quite impressed. The grounds were amazing with all the greenery all around. The view from the lanai was incredible and we took lots of pictures of the ocean view and sunsets over 7 nights, we made use of the kitchen and laundry as needed. And we appreciated the quietness of the place. It felt like being at home instead of being at a hotel or another crowded resort. Will definitely want to stay again soon.

As an owner with KBM managing my villa, i can't rave enough about them. They are truly the best. So responsive. If you are an owner, you must consider them as your property manager. No one better on Maui.

The Kapalua golf villa we stayed at was amazing. The KBM team was very organized and made our visit very pleasant. When we had questions, they were always there to help. The villas are located five minutes from Kapalua Bay, which is a great spot for snorkeling. The Seahouse restaurant located on the beach was very close in proximity to our villa as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the beaches, golf and shopping that was nearby. I wouldn’t highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting to travel to Maui.

The unit is in the best location with gorgeous mountain and sea view! Definitely enjoy the sunset in the patio. The place is beautifully renovated and decorated. Clean and spacious.The management company is very informative and responsive. Well-run place and we definitely will come back.

We just happened to travel to Kapalua as the most rain in history fell from the sky. Almost the entire week. But it was a blessing that we stayed in the Villas and had such a fantastic place to cuddle up and enjoy quality time together. The place was well maintained and cozy with beautiful views through the wind and rain. The wind damage did lots of damage to the spruce trees lining the road but the ground crews made quick work of the clean up. Would recommend this location 100%

My family and I travel to Maui about once a year. We love to stay in Kapalua or Napili because of the great snorkeling, kid-friendly bays, beautiful walks and hikes, and close by restaurants and attractions. This villa was perfect for me, my wife and our 12 year old daughter. The unit was well maintained and up to date. Stunning views, great location. Lots of extras like an included car rental, boogie boards, beach gear and a well-equipped kitchen. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Kapalua Golf Villas in unit 20T8 was nothing short of exceptional! The communication ahead of time was timely and thorough and we were able to get into the unit and find everything we needed without issue. The unit was amazing in every way! Beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings throughout, clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept like a dream. Bathrooms had very nice toiletries, a hair dryer, and more. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, toys, and a cooler we used at the beach which was awesome! I cannot say enough about the view from the lanai - just wow!!! We loved our stay in this amazingly gorgeous area and will definitely be back!

I cannot thank these people enough for our stay! Let us know everything from our room; rent a car. On it. Room was beautiful and all amenities in the room from full kitchen with supplies. Extra everything towels beach towels and things to take to the beach. Who does that?. Decor in the room was so nice and of course the view. Thank you KBM! Your staff was always there and gracious to help us all week. We will be back next year ?

We just enjoyed another amazing stay in unit 20T8 for our anniversary, and we truly can't say enough about the property and overall experience. This is the place to rent in Kapalua! The unit is bright, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. It has everything you need for a perfect stay—and then some. From beach gear and a fully stocked kitchen to high-end toiletries, a super comfortable bed, smart TVs, and a washer/dryer, every detail is thoughtfully provided. The tasteful decor adds a touch of elegance that makes it feel like a true home away from home. The lanai and view are absolutely phenomenal. We spent countless hours enjoying meals and cocktails while soaking in the scenery. The grounds are breathtaking and meticulously maintained. We loved both pools and the easy access to the Honolua Store, where we picked up just about everything we needed. Plus, you're just minutes from great restaurants, bars, beaches, and hiking trails. We’ve found our happy place in Maui, and we will 10000% be returning to this unit. If you're considering a stay in Kapalua—book this place now!

I felt comfortable almost immediately.

Everything flowed naturally, from arrival to checkout.

The quiet environment and comfortable setup made it easy to unplug. I left feeling more rested than I arrived. That’s always the goal.

It was about five to seven minutes on foot. Having that option whenever we wanted fresh air made the stay feel lighter and more relaxed.

KBM is a fabulous company to do business with. They are extremely responsive, courteous and very helpful. The 20T8 Golf Villa was fantastic, clean, well maintained, comfortable and roomy. It was a great home away from home for our winter retreat. We would definitely rent from KBM again as well as this same villa. We love the Golf Villas. The grounds are beautiful, maintained exceptionally including the 4 pools. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a one bedroom 1.5 bath condo. It was equipped with everything we needed. The ocean view was great and we were close to the pool. It was only an 8-10 minute walk to the beach too.
